In his book Barry writes that the enjoyment of an orgasm for men is based on how stronger each of the muscular contractions that results in an orgasm is. Men have 8 muscle contractions during an orgasm and each of these becomes stronger and more intense the more sperm the man ejaculates. This is where it gets interesting. If we have a large amount of sperm stored up our orgasm should be far more intense than if we only have a small amount as our body requires a lot more muscular contractions to ejaculate it.

So we should just store up sperm for weeks and weeks to have a monster orgasm, right? This is the part where it gets tricky, because if we just store up sperm for too long the fluid eventually gets absorbed by the body and the result is actually less sperm!

This is where diet and the correct spacing between orgasms becomes important:

Foods for Increasing Semen Production for Bigger Orgasms

The first key to having better orgasms is make your diet better. Luckily this isn`t too difficult and won`t be one of those diet plan s that makes you feel guilty if you even eat a cookie! Instead simply adding certain foods to you diet will help you increase semen production for great sex.

The first kind of food are those that have folates in them (Folic acid and vitamin B9 are other names for this vitamin). These foods have a well established history of helping to increase your semen production. Many healthy foods have high levels of this vitamin so you get the added benefits of extra energy too! Spinach, lentils, beans, sunflower seeds, ‘fortified’ breads and asparagus are all good sources.

Lycopene is a great increaser of sperm production too. Most red-colored vegetables and fruits (With the exception of strawberries and cherrie) have high levels of lycopene. Tomatoes (Thankfully including tomato ketchup) vegetables and most of your favorite fruits (Such as papayas and watermelons) have high levels too.

The other major source are the citrus fruits. These fruits are important because of the high levels of vitamin C which is necessary for sperm production.

Spacing Orgasms and Getting the Right Amount of Time Between Orgasms

After an orgasm, your body begins the process of increasing the amount of sperm it has stored to make up for the ones that were ejaculated. After about 3 days the optimal amount of semen has been stored and the body begins to reabsorb any extra. Therefore 3 days is usually the optimum time for having the best orgasm.

In order to get the maximum benefit really take your time with foreplay and sex. This will ensure that your body really to ensure that your body really ejaculates a lot when you finally orgasm. When you bring yourself to orgasm it should really feel like an explosion.
